Notes
When you visit for the first time, locations need to be physically reached to unlock the content. Just go there – your position will automatically unlock the location on your smartphone.
Grant permission for your location and camera. Don’t worry about your data: we don’t store ANYTHING! Augmented reality only works if your mobile device has AR Core.
Technical requirements
- Location: This application needs access to your location (GPS) to unlock location-based content and place you on the map.
- Camera: Camera access is required to display AR (augmented reality) content.
- General AR compatibility: To use the AR features you need a device that supports ARCore (Android) or ARKit (iOS).
- Browser: Make sure your mobile browser (Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android) is up to date and allows access to motion sensors.
- Data connection: An active internet connection is required for loading content and maps. Costs may apply according to your mobile data plan.
- GPS signal: The accuracy of location detection depends on your device and surroundings. The signal can be impaired indoors or in narrow streets between tall buildings.
- Power saver mode: If needed, disable your smartphone’s power saver mode to ensure continuous GPS tracking in the background.
- Data usage: Your location data is only used locally for navigation and is not permanently stored on our servers.
